Should you receive any suspicious phone calls, please DO NOT give any personal information over the phone. We have been contacted by several customers stating they’ve received calls on their cell phones in the form of an automated message which advised them their debit card had been suspended and to “press 1″ for help. This is NOT a call from the Bank, but an attempt by criminals to convince customers to share personal information. If you’ve given out information, please call the Bank immediately at 816-251-9000.
